Welcome to Braun's rooms and apartments for tradespeople!
We are delighted to welcome you as our guest. To ensure all guests feel comfortable and have a pleasant stay, we kindly ask you to observe the following house rules:
- Please treat the accommodation and facilities with care and respect.
- Keep the common areas, especially the kitchen and bathroom, clean and tidy.
- Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. Please avoid loud conversations, music, or other disturbing noises.
- Smoking is not permitted inside the building. Please use the designated outdoor areas.
- Visitors are only allowed after prior arrangement with the landlord.
- Please report any damage or defects immediately.
- Please separate the waste according to the available containers.
- When leaving, please lock the room or apartment and switch off all lights and electrical appliances.
