Welcome to Zimmer und Monteurwohnungen Braun!

We are pleased to welcome you as our guest. To ensure that everyone enjoys a pleasant stay, please observe the following house rules:

1. Please treat the accommodation and its furnishings with care and respect.
2. Keep all shared areas, especially the kitchen and bathroom, clean and tidy.
3. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 p.m. Please avoid loud conversations, music or other disturbing noise.
4. Smoking is not permitted inside the building. Please use the designated outdoor smoking areas.
5. Visitors are only allowed with the landlord's prior permission.
6. Please report any damage or defects immediately.
7. Dispose of waste in the appropriate recycling and rubbish bins.
8. When leaving, please lock your room or apartment and switch off lights and electrical appliances.
